The first thing you have to do is find a topic that you could write alot of pages and get alot of contents about it. A subject that would give you the will to continue updating your website. Learning to code in Html that is very easy would be very good to start or you could use some web designing programs like Dreamweaver preferably because it has more functionnality than any other and it is actually better than coding with notepad because you can actually see what your doing.
